How much does concrete lifting cost in Utah?

Concrete lifting costs vary depending on the size and scope of the job. Most jobs range from $800 to $4,000+. As a general rule, concrete lifting typically costs about half the price of full concrete tear-out and replacement — and you get the work done in hours instead of days.

Is concrete lifting better than replacing the concrete?

In most cases, yes. Concrete lifting is faster, less disruptive, and significantly less expensive than replacement. There’s no demolition, no disposal fees, no waiting for concrete to cure, and no damage to surrounding landscaping. If the concrete slab itself is structurally sound, lifting and leveling it is almost always the better choice.

How long does a typical concrete lifting job take?

Most residential concrete lifting jobs take just 2–4 hours from start to finish. There’s no heavy equipment, no demolition, and minimal disruption to your property — just fast, clean results.

How soon can I walk or drive on the concrete after it’s been lifted?

With polyurethane foam, you can use the concrete immediately — it cures completely within 45 minutes. If cementitious grout is used, we recommend waiting at least 4 hours before walking or driving on it. Depending on how much lifting was required, additional cure time may be needed to allow the grout to fully set.

How long does a concrete lifting repair last?

If the ground beneath your concrete has fully settled and stabilized, the repair can last as long as the concrete slab itself. The key factor is soil stability — once we’ve lifted and stabilized the slab over settled soil, it should remain level for many years. We’ll always assess your specific situation and be honest about what to expect.
