From the Tooele Valley to the Wasatch Front, we lift, level, and repair concrete throughout Utah.
Concrete leveling utah specialists since 2010, Lift Right Concrete is family-owned and operated with our shop in West Jordan and our office in Grantsville. We're one of the few concrete leveling companies with real roots in both Salt Lake County and Tooele County, serving clients across five counties on the Wasatch Front and beyond. Whether you have a sunken driveway in Sandy, a leaking basement in Draper, or a settled foundation out in Grantsville, we travel where the work is. The areas listed below are where we work most often, but if you don't see your city on the list, call us anyway. We routinely take on projects outside our usual radius for the right job.
Most of our work is in Salt Lake County and Tooele County, but we routinely travel to surrounding counties for the right project. Here's a closer look at the cities where Lift Right Concrete is most active.
Our shop is in West Jordan at 7565 S 2700 W, where we keep our trucks, equipment, and materials. From here we serve all of Salt Lake County. Some weeks more than half our jobs are within 10 miles of the shop. If you're in West Jordan, we can usually be on-site within a day or two.
Our family lives in Grantsville and our office is here in the Tooele Valley. That makes us one of the few concrete leveling contractors with real roots in Tooele County. When you call, you're not getting a Salt Lake company that "sometimes drives out west." You're getting locals who know the soil, the weather, and the construction patterns of the Tooele Valley.
The largest city in Tooele County and a regular service area for us. Tooele homes face the same Utah challenges as the Wasatch Front, expansive clay, freeze-thaw cycles, snowmelt, but with even more variable soils across older and newer parts of town. We do a lot of foundation repair, driveway lifting, and crack sealing in Tooele.
Stansbury Park and Erda have grown rapidly over the last 15 years, with new homes built on what used to be ranch and farm land. That kind of fill settling shows up as cracked driveways, sunken patios, and shifting foundations 5 to 10 years after homes are built. We work in these areas regularly and know what to expect from the soil out here.
South Jordan has seen massive growth over the last decade, and a lot of new construction means a lot of settled slabs as fill compacts. We're regularly in Daybreak and other South Jordan neighborhoods doing driveway lifting, garage floor leveling, and foundation work for newer homes that have started to show settlement.
Sandy's mature neighborhoods often have homes that were built 30 or more years ago, long enough for foundations to settle and for concrete patios and walkways to crack. We do a lot of foundation repair, joint sealing, and concrete leveling in Sandy, and we know the soil quirks of the east bench well.
Draper's hillside developments come with a unique set of challenges: slope, soil movement, and often expansive clay. Foundation issues, retaining wall problems, and sloped concrete drives are all common in Draper, and we've worked on hundreds of homes throughout the area, especially homes built into the foothills.
Salt Lake City has a mix of historic homes from the 1920s through the 1950s downtown and in the Avenues, plus newer developments on the perimeter. Older homes especially benefit from foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and polyurethane crack injection. We work in the Avenues, Sugar House, Glendale, and Rose Park regularly.
Different jobs need different tools. Most concrete leveling utah contractors only own equipment for one method. Since we own both, we can recommend the method that actually fits your job, not the one we happen to have a truck for.
Lightweight, fast-curing polymer foam injected through small holes. Best for tight access, lighter loads, fast cures. Most jobs are usable again within an hour. Great for interior slabs, garage floors, and projects where weight matters.
Cement-based slurry pumped under the slab to lift and stabilize it. Best for large slabs, projects where budget matters more than cure time, and conditions that favor a heavier, slower-curing fill. Time-tested method that still works well for many jobs.
Below is the complete list of cities and counties where Lift Right Concrete regularly works. If your city isn't listed, call us at (435) 850-6363. We frequently take on projects outside our standard service map.
From the Tooele Valley to the Wasatch Front, Utah's expansive clay-heavy soils, freeze-thaw cycles, and dramatic temperature swings mean concrete here ages differently than in milder climates. Sidewalks heave, driveways sink, and basements leak in ways that are familiar to long-time Utahns and surprising to newcomers. After 16 years of doing concrete work across the Wasatch Front and out in Tooele Valley, we've seen most of what Utah weather and soil can do, and we know what works. That regional experience matters when picking a concrete leveling utah company you can rely on for the long haul.
We routinely take on jobs outside our usual radius for the right project. Tell us what you've got and we'll let you know whether we can help. Free estimates, no pressure, written quotes on the spot.
